Our sustainably wild harvested Palo Santo is good for purification, creativity and calm. Palo Santo means “Holy Wood” in Spanish. Good for calming anxiety and worry, Palo Santo has a sweet earthy smell and is often used to refresh and purify the energy of a person or space.
Venus Tip: In a ceramic or brass bowl light 1 Palo Santo stick. Once lit, bring your intention or wish into your minds eye and imagine that it has already been granted to you. As you bring how you feel into your awareness, gently blow and release the flame. As the flame is extinguished imagine that you are releasing whatever is blocking you from receiving your intention.
