How To Ground Your Energy

One way to ground your energy is to use visualization techniques. Visualize universal life energy flowing 2 feet above your head and down around the bottom of your feet. Imagine that your feet are comfortably covered underground in rooting earth energy.

Here are Some Earth Grounding Techniques:

    • Walking in the grass or dirt with your bare feet
    • Stand with your bare feet on the ground or floor
    • Meditation
    • Eat grounding foods like root vegetables.
      • Put on your favorite music and dance the entire song. Be free and have fun! This practice awakens, activates, and raises your vibration.
